That must mean Fred must have his car back and running! Are we talking a one day round trip here? Sounds like six hours of road time and that's if the traffic is good which on a fall weekend ain't likely. I'd be up for something a little closer in!

 | Same here.

Also, I'm going over to Gingerman a few times for their week night open track. Does anyone want to go?

If you guys are planning a trip somewhere west/northwest, I'd be interested. Let's talk about it this weekend. But if it's the 19/20 or 27 of Sept I'm out...

Anyone up for a ride to Lake Geneva this Sunday with significant other? Weather permitting we can head up for lunch, circle the lake, walk town a bit and come back through some of those awesome Wisconsin back roads. Wisconsin sheriff's will likely be watching the Packer game in some bar somewhere and certainly no reason to sit home and watch the Bears. Think they play Sunday night anyhow if anyone cares! If not Geneva, any other ideas? St. Charles? West Dundee? Plainfield & Rt.66?

Gary- Sounds like a great idea to me. Only this time I think I'll bring a blindfold and earplugs for the significant other to wear on the back roads. Scott |

Only have about 250 miles on new engine. Think I'll pass this time around! Byron scheduled for Saturday I believe and forecast doesn't look to promising. Talking Sunday here if cars going to Byron are still able to run on Sunday??? Weather forecast right now looks decent with temps around 70 degrees and little chance of rain. Any other takers beside ScottJ?
