Time for a WCCC house crawl
With the advent of Spring, I think it's time for us all to visit the garages of club members still building their cars....offering up suggestions and encouragement while having refreshments and such...Maybe April 3........
 who's interested?
 who wants to be visited?

I am going to check with the wife to see if we have plans. My car is almost complete. Would be willing to open the garage door and put out some soft drinks and other beverages and snacks if we have nothing planned. |

Count me in. Hopefully it will be warm enough to get the cars out of hibernation.

WOW what a great idea.God, I wish I had read this post last week - It might have saved my marriage!
You see, I installed my windshield over the weekend - this should not be attempted while employing a loved one as an assistant. Kidding aside, I am up for both - I would love to get an upclose look at some projects in the final stages. Conversely, my garage is always open to anyone that wants to visit.
I hope to have my car on the street by early June. I am hoping to drive to DVSF - need to get the bugs out before the trip.

April 3 sounds good to me. Hope it'll be warmer than last Saturday when I took the Cobra to visit a friend over by Wilmot WI, about 135 miles from here. By the time I got home it was 36 degrees, with the wind at about 30mph out of the west. I was afraid it would be a long, cold trip home, but it was pretty cozy after all, with the top up. |
