Sid, I didn't see you in Cary last night!
I live here and can set up an area for everyone to park. There are usually about 50 cars every Wednesday and room for about 40 to park on the street in the Downtown area at Rt 14 and Main street. I would be able to block off 4 or 5 spots together on the street if everyone could get here by about 6pm. If we have more there are several adjacent parking lots that I could have saved for everyone. The street will be blocked off and the band sets up right in the steet. There is a good restraunt with an out door patio that is right on Main street.

 See everyone there!

It was a late day for me at work that night. My students sat that week so it was kinda expected but I hoped to get out and get to the show.

Hi Guys, this is my first post here since joining your club last Sunday at the Victor Ford Car Show. I hope I am a member, as soon as I gave my membership dues to Marty someone said he took off and was seen in the local tavern down the road. The Cary show is close to me also and will try to attend as well.
I had followed the adventures of Sid on the message board for months and when I finally met him in person he was Cobra-less, what a dissapointment. I certainly hope to see his car in Cary.
By the way, Mark, if Laura needs a ride to the show I'll be glad to give her a "Sid-Seat" in your old car.
 Ralph

 Ralph,
Laura just doesn't want a ride in the "Sid seat", she wants the car back! As soon as she learned that Kim (Mike's wife) was getting her own cobra, well let's just say I got the evil eye for selling the red car. Thanks Mike, now the bar has been raised for all of us. Next thing you know, all the guys in the club will have to build a ride for their sweethearts.

Ralph, don't worry about the membership dues you gave Marty the other day. I needed a few electrical parts and Marty stated not to worry, he would front the money and pick up the parts. Welcome to the club. Oh by the way, talk to Wolfie to learn the club handshake.

 Mark

 Dear Cobra pals;
I think that I may have a solution to everyones problem. Since Sid bought a 5 year membership pass to the Sid seat in Rich Shelby's car I suggest that Ralph takes Sid's car, Laura takes Ralph's red Cobra and Mark rides with Ralph in the Sidseat of Sid's car. That should work out pretty good. Maybe while Ralph and Mark are beating on Sid's car they can do a little diagnostic check on it and figure out why it is always down!
 See my point,,,,,, everybody wins.

The car show in Cary sounds like fun, I'll try to make it.

 Your Cobra pal:

P.S. I vote that Ralph can wave his membership dues as he was kind enough to pay for our hot dogs and sodas at the Victor car show last week. That was very kind of him!!

 Hi everyone,
I plan on arriving in Cary at 5:30PM and, hopefully, be able to save several parking spots.

I'm thinking about going...Haven't desided if I'll drive home then to cary or go straight from work...
I'm assuming I just take Route 14 right into town and look for the show?

 Guys,
I was driving northbound on Barrington Road earlier tonight to attend the Cary show when the clouds opened up and got caught in a heavy down pour. It lasted less than thirty minutes but got drenched. It rained so hard that I couldn't see, our windshield wipers are a joke, so pulled off the road and put on the tonneau cover. But the damage was down. I was soaked, my car's interior waterlogged and spent the last two hours drying and cleaning.

Sorry I missed the show; did anyone actually attend the Cary show?

Hope to see everyone for Sunday's poker run.
