Woodward Dream Cruise
I had to be in Detroit during the Woodward Dream Cruise on the 18th , I drove to Birminghan Friday afternoon to take a look. Wow 40,000 cars and 1.7 million viewers last year. I have never seen anything that comes close to this event. 1300 members put this on and is very well organized. The Entertainment is second to none, great food and factory displays from everone in the auto market. I know that Linda from the Fox Valley Corvette Club was there to scout it out . I would like to put this on the club calendar for next year.
Putting a large group on the road would be fun. I took 104 pictures in the rain , Classic cars , Muscle cars, Hot Rods everywhere . I meant up with the Michigan Cobra Club and John Spina . They rent space on Woodward to park there Cobras together and they where great to me .
Please lets hear from you on going together next year.  |
