Alright here is one option for you folks!!!!
Who ever wants to meet at the Road Ranger Gas Station at I 90 and RT 20 can head out to breakfast with us. We are leaving this gas station at 7:05 am sharp. Don't ask for a map! We are going to stop in Genoa for breakfast at: Spring Grove Family Restaurant (815) 784-5568 682 Park Ave, Genoa, IL 60135 (Park Ave is Rt. 72) Don't ask for a map! We will be leaving breakfast approx. 8:17am and heading west on RT. 72 to Byron Dragway. See ya'll at one of these three locations. Who plans on meeting where? |
Jesus Christ – Chris; you’ve got to do better than that. You know how embarrassed I am about being ‘Geographically Challenged’. I mean 90 & 20 at 7:00am. Sure sounds like that is a long way from my house. I would probably need to start out tonight to make it there by 7 in the morning!!

Is that the station on the east side of the intersection? Yea, I have no idea where that all is so I think I will try for Genoa. Let’s see 682 Park Ave – that’s on the way out of town just before the river, right? Yea I can probably be there some time before 8:17am. Now I must put in a disclaimer – my presence is contingent on my wife letting me use my car. It was great to see all the cobra nuts out at Byron today!
What a great day for racing **)**)**) it was overcast, cool, and no rain! Hopefully Rafael or Wolfie will post some pics. Everybody had a few good runs (well almost everybody right Mike?) and nobody broke (well anything major anyway).
