Canton oil thermostat
ERA 289 FIA with Canton oil thermostat. This is the drivers side hose run to the cooler.
Off-set the Canton thermostat cooler line outlets by taking it apart and rotating the segments. The segments can "clocked" in 90 degree increments, so the oil cooler hoses can exit on opposing sides. Made plumbing a lot easier in this installation. Fewer angles in the swivel fittings helps avoid any restriction on oil pressure.

Heat_Shields_for_Side_Pipes_Small_
Stainless Steel Side Pipes fitted. They have to have the welding ground smooth and polished.
