Bracket made to mount '82'Corolla boot lock. Bracket will be fibre glassed to the firewall.

Rear end

Diff housing is shortened, & is waiting for coilover brackets to be welded into place.

Diff Brackets All Tacked

Suspension Brackets all tacked in position.
Lower shock brackets have 3 position height adjustment, this will make it easier to set a good ride height.

3 Position suspension height bracket on lower coilover eyelet.
12 Position dampen rate on 'QA1' shock. Plus adjustable spring tension.
Shortened BW Diff.
New 28 spline axles.
New 3.73:1 gear set.
New 4 pinion LSD assembly.

Brake relocation

Rear brake relocation was needed to allow clearance between the coilovers and the calipers. Re-drilled calliper mount bracket holes so the caliper sits about 40 degrees foward from original position. Also had to swap Left & Right brake assemblys to opposite sides, so the hand brake cable now will run on top of the axle & still be accuated by a foward movement. I wonder if others have thought of this solution?

Sick bracket

Too much free time. Combo return spring anchor, throttle valve cable stop, fuel line bracket. Stainless too!

Side Vent

Finish Line, Vents.
Made right angled aluminium brackets, and tapped them with a 6mm thread, so the vents could be bolted secure with stainless steel domed cap-screws.
