The "Big Problem"

Here is the issue. CSX4000 body trying to fit down on an original style chassis. Anyone got an idea how to get it to fit? It is catching here. Maybe I should cut the tube off.

285 pounds and 6'3" make for a tight fit. Removingthe saet tracks helped tremendously.

Oil System plumbed. I used the bad boy push on hose and light weight fittings. Was the easiest and I liked the looks.

Bonnet Lip Milling Tool

The bonnet lip was variable thickness which made fitting a seal rubber difficult. This tool was lashed up by fixing a metal guide to a drill with Jubilee clips and using a milling bit. Worked very well as can be seen form the amount of fibreglass swarf.

Blue Thunder Pent Roof style valve covers

I had to do some grinding for these to fit over the Erson rocker setup. They fit fine now. Borrowed some of my daughter's Play Dough for locate the offending areas then started grinding. Note: get non ferrous grinding bits.
