ERA Body and Paint from Metal-Morphous
The body and paint work on my ERA Cobra were done by Ron Randall at MetalMorphous. Ron does really outstanding work and his metalization process on the underside of the hood and trunk lid make the car appear to have an aluminum body.

Counterbalance Spring
Counterbalance spring assembly consisting of 4 Torana suspension springs. The difficulty of precompressing the springs was overcome by building a ratcheting compression mechanism into the assembly.

Bonnet Lip Milling Tool
The bonnet lip was variable thickness which made fitting a seal rubber difficult. This tool was lashed up by fixing a metal guide to a drill with Jubilee clips and using a milling bit. Worked very well as can be seen form the amount of fibreglass swarf.
