Here's the narrowed 9 inch Ford rear end with its first coat of satin black paint. The rear end has a 3.50 posi center section. And yes, those are 11 inch drum brakes. Hey, this is a budget build.

Here's the front of the car after we removed the radiator. There was a problem with some work that the radiator shop did and the driver's side tank leaked like a sieve. The good news is that the engine fired and we were able to time it.

Here's a shot of the sleeve that Buddy machined up to cover the joint between the steering column and shaft going to the rack and pinion.
