Superformance 427
This is my Superformance with a stroked 427 top oiler. Bought the car from Bill Parham of Southern Automotice engine building fame. Car was built to show off his engine capability and give people heart attacks on demo rides. Engine has high riser heads, a Holley 1050 CFM 3 barrel, 4 spd toploader driving a 3.31 rear end. Great way to work on a suntan

Chassis - Front
This is the front of the West Coast chassis. It was designed to accept (as standard) a 460 engine. Mine has the optional 7 core radiator. Flex-A-Lite 150 fan (2800 cfm). A very heavy but rigid frame. 11 inch ventilated discs. Got it as a 'rolling chassis', so the build quality and alignment of parts are not questionable. Rides like 'on a rail'.

CSX3056 at PIR (1992)
I have met CS many times, even got to chauffuer him around on a golf cart once. This was my ride with him at speed at Portland. I lucked out, since I was first after lunch, we had to take a few extra laps to "warm up the tires". An unforgetable experience, sliding around corners with a living legend at the wheel of his creation.

1970? Howard 17 ft V-Drive
I think it has a HallCraft V-Drive unit if I can remember correctly. Haven't messed with it since about 1995. Maybe it'll be a winter project.
Engine is a 1962 409 Chevy, 380 HP model. 2 Blade prop.
Unlike my jet boat which kind of fish-tails its way around, this thing rides like it is on rails. Completely different feeling than the jet-boat.

New iStart from Apple!
I decided to go with the new iStart from Apple. It does everything an iPhone does:
1. Play your favorite Cars tune
2. Call your wife and explain why giving rides to hot girls is a community service.
It uses satellite radio amplification to give it more cold cranking amps than the Microsoft ZuneStart.
