CSX 24xx? from the Great Book of Sports Cars
Unidentified CSX listed under the heading Shelby 427 Cobra in 'The Great Book of Sports Cars' by Dean Batchelor.Other than this obvious mislabeling, it is a great, huge coffee table book with hundreds of outstanding pictures like this one. The question is- WHAT CSX IS THIS???

Listed as a "427" CSX in the book The GReat Book of Sports Cars by Dean Batchelor, c1988. Great coffee table book BTW. We are unsure what the CSX # is. Anybody know?

rear tab torn off
Rear tab to pick up the pumpkin on the irs tore right off at the weld on the left. Then over time proceeded to tear thru the homemade crossmember. 1/8" is too light of a gauge for the x-member. The tab was 3/16" but whats the point if you weld it to a 1/8 x-member??
