How I Got MY COBRA
Looks Pretty Bad?
I was Broadsided by a Rig that was Speeding in excess of 75 MPH,Weaving in & out of traffic.
My seatbelt broke & I was thrown from my Rig as the Cab was Torn Off, partly due to falty Spot welds at the Factory in Brazil (95% were COLD I just had 5% of the Total Spot welds holding my Cab on to the Frame)
I was Comatose for 6.5 Weeks, I had ALL my Ribs Crushed, 4 holes in each Lung, Both Collar bones broken in 3 places, 2 Skull Fractures, 1 concaved fracture in the rear of my Skull, I lost 7 Cm of Brain Tissue on the Left Frontal Lobe, I Lost 7 Pints of Blood, I had 3 Heart Beats per Minute when they got me to the Hospital.
My saving Grace, was a Doctor who was doing a "Ride a long" Who Cut My lungs open & Blead them while I was laying on the 101 Freeway & "Bagged" Me all the way to the Hospital.
But Worst of all, I was hit by an "Illegal Immagrant" who changed his story 8 times & CHP let him go with not as much as a Warning. Can you believe that B.S ?

2000 Johnex Shelby Cobra Replica
2000 Johnex Shelby Cobra Replica, designed by Can-Am Motosports, out Toronto, Canada, This one owner, lady driven cobra, arrived Turn Key from Johnex Motorsports in Nov., 2000. This is not a donor (completely assembled with new, custom automotive parts). This Cobra is not your average replica; Johnex commissioned one of the most successful race-chassis design firms in North America, CSC Racing (Canadian Stock Car), to design this frame. The "space" or "three dimensional" frame is a stronger, race ready frame, designed to handle race tuned, big block power unlike the weaker "ladder" or "two-dimentional" frames used on most other replicas. The powder coated tubular frame uses 2" x 4" rectangular steel tubing as the main perimeter rail and 1 3/4" tubular upper frame rails with a triple cowl hoop for addtional support. Johnex has since changed hands after the production of this Cobra and is now Johnex 3. This replica is comparable to the more well know Superformance and ERA replicas.
