289 FIA body vs 289 Street
This is my ERA FIA next to an original street 289 car - note oil cooler scoop, hood scoop, fender flares, raked windshield, Halibrands instead of wires, etc.

Plain But Potent
No PCV in 1965, hence no filler caps in valve covers. No badges either. That's the way they were. (Refer to B&W pics above.)
Look close and you'll see an original NASCAR aluminum water pump as well as an original Shelby Sidewinder intake manifold. The fuel log is original also, but should be gold cad instead of black.

1960's Cobra Concepts at SAAC 29
Maybe Ford should KEEP their old Concept Cars instead of selling, donating, or crushing them. There seemed to be a lot of interest in these.
