My USCG nephew and family
My nephew Ben, crew chief on a USCG SAR chopper in Alaska. Old pic with their firstborn daughter. Now have 2 on the ramp and one in the hangar! I'm proud of him, 3rd generation at sea. (Sort of)

Shell Valley build
The cowl hoop & windshield are mounted, and drivers side rear wheel well sectioned for tire clearance. I don't know what jig Shell Valley used to align the interior tub to the body, but it was way off. I'll probably have pictures of the fiber glassing effort later.

TKO Design Flaw
Comparison of 3550 Cluster on top to TKO Cluster on bottom. TKO cluster has third gear offset to the front of the shaft reducing tooth contact on the corresponding mainshaft gear. This problem is present in TKO 500 and 600 series units
