We made some weird and wonderful tools like this interesting piece to measure motion tration through the arc of wheel travel. The pen in the tube marked the increments on the plate at intervals as we lifted the wheel from droop to bump

In this picture, we can see the vertical angle of 5°. In this position, we have to decrease by 1mm fuel bowl level in the carbs

Building operations are completed. Now is the time to tune the carbs. I had previously a set of Weber 48IDF and I have change to adapt a set of 48 IDA bored at 50mm

piston modification

I made one additional quench chanel on the piston to improve exhaust valve cooling (at the end of compression cycle) and to scavenge the combustion chamber (at TDC during exhaust cycle)
