Kirkham 286 a little further along in the polishing....I can't stress enough how difficult it is to get polished without lots of scratches/swirls/etc. Looks stunning at dusk or cloudy, but hardly looks perfect and very much unfinished in sunlight.

This beast has only gone approximately 8000 miles since completion. Always stored inside. The builder/collector/owner recently passed away and this is an estate sale. It has a Nascar Can-Am chassis with power rack and pinion steering; 11-inch vented rotors with 4-piston racing calipers; 4-bar rear axle with 9-inch drop-out center section; 25 gallon race-legal fuel cell; weight 2970lbs (50/50 front/rear). Available with or without a spare fully-rebuilt 460ci engine. Located near Toronto Canada. Pre-purchase inspections and/or appraisals are welcome. Hard to find a nicer example! 48IDA Webers Under GT40 glass
Too bad the anti-reversionary plates hit the glass when fitted. They don't look too bad without them, though; especially with those Inglese filters. The rearmost stack is just about 1.5" below the glass.

Finally got a pair of proper Lowell lowered rear springs for the roadster, ride height is now about as good as it can get without tweaking the chassis or adding spacers.
