ERA 561 Front 3/4 view
There has only been a couple ERA 427's ever built to accurately reproduce the "street" version of the 427 without sidepipes, roll bar and hood scoop. I've owned 3 ERA 427's #76, #196 and this one. It's got a sideoiler 427 in it with aluminum heads and dual 4's. It really "scoots!"

Flyin_Freddie's SPF #770
Here's my car on the day after delivery, 10/21/2000. SPF #770 sits in my driveway in Germantown, TN, just outside Memphis. It's Guardsman Blue - actually "Hi Tech Blue" from PPG, with white stripes. Wheels are Trigo 15" 5-pin knock-offs, shod with Goodyear Eagle GTII's since I really like a more original look to my replica. Pipes are silver ceramic coated. Since taking delivery, I've installed a SafeCraft Fire supression system, 5-point cam lock Simpson harnesses on both sides, a Holley 4150 750-HP w/mechanical secondaries, and a couple of appearance items. Thanks to Olthoff Racing in Charlotte, NC, for their most excellent work!

ERA #003
This is the only other "street roadster" version from ERA I've ever seen other than mine (ERA #561)

Aurora 289 Slabside
This was a sweet machine! Next to my 427 "street" version Era #561 - I liked this Cobra better than all the other ones I've owned. More people thought it was "real" beacuse of its relative rarity compared to all the multitude of sidepipe equipped "replicas".

Working hard to finish. I've built a lot of the pieces from scratch. Frame, suspension, complete seats, fuel cell... Too many things, two years so far.

Small lettered 289 8V Cobra intake
Those are Carter carbs. All 289 8V Cobra intakes I've seen have small letters.
