10" PS Engineering Wheel

On the rear I have polished 10" PS Engineering wheels with polished SS knock-offs. The tires are 305/50X15" BF Goodrich Euro T/A's. The wheel edges were machined to make more area to polish, and the centers were painted White Pearl to match the car's stripes.

Front fender underside

Here is the LF fender from underneath. Underside is sanded smooth, added a slight rolled edge to simulate an original aluminum fender.

Invisible rock protection by Invinca Shield

3M Clear Sheet on rear fender protects paint. Edge of Clear Sheet starts at upper corner of door, extends down to bottom of fenders following door cut line and goes back up at wheel opening and back across fender to corner of door. Check it out at http://www.invinca-shield.com/.

4.6 Dash from rear

Another shot of the dash form the rear of the car. You can see the custom console we made up as well as the CD player and two front speakers in the side panels. The rear speakers are behind the seats. Carpet still needs to be edged.

Notice the even gap between the rear edge of windsheild frame and front edg

I made longer lower hinge brackets to keep windwing from being broken when it is bumped inward against the windsheild frame

windwing lower bracket even gap wing to frame

This is the longer lower hinge bracket I made.It moves the wing to a position where the edges meet evenly. It will fold flat for clearence in the garage. The way it used to be The wing hit at a point and any force would break the windwing.

I hand filed a notch into the top windsheild frame rear edge so tensioner would fit flush with the original edge hight

Dash LHS

With a few bends the dashboard is starting to take shape.
The 4mm Aluminium dash was bent useing an Oxy torch, and two thick clamping plates to sandwich the edge of the bend.
The face of the dash follows the same curve as the body, I just wanted something different... 90% of cobras have a flat/straight dashboard.

the Grand Tetons

This was a neat area. A storm was coming in. This was the leading edge of the storm coming over the mountain top.
