Engine bay when we first viewed the car. At that time it had a 2273 cc six and a million wires and hoses, some just dead ending in space

Local Jakarta shop, had more parts swapped or lost than we had fixed. Changed engine to 3.3 liter and and transmission to automatic, can't use a clutch anymore, bum leg from getting hit by car when going home on bike

Same shop that made the body for my roadster also did this. Based on a Holden chassis and proposed in line six, not exactly a power house. Never finished to my knowledge

dash
Intermeccanica interior, original '58 steering wheel, parking brake, heater control knob. Seats are replicas of the 'roadster style' seat that was an option on original speedsters and actually fitted on over 50% of those originals delivered to the US.

Finally....a rolling chassis.
Also a picture of a Stainless fuel tank that we just made. It actually will bolt on from underneath the frame and will be removeable once the body is on. It still need to be polished.

Now this is a roller...the day she arrived from the factory. Add lights, powertrain, fluids and go for a cruise.
(actually, it still took more than a year)

The family clearly upset with the new arrival!
You wouldn't know that the cheese and kisses was dreading this purchase. It only took over 5 years to achieve!?! Better late than never.
