Re-Designed and Re-Positioned brake pedal.

When we originally done the brake pedal, as can be seen in earlier photo, we used the standard size VZ HSV SS Commodore pad on the brake pedal shaft. When it was fitted, it was discovered that there was nowhere to rest or place my left foot, other than on the floor in front of the brake. The pedal shaft was straightened and the pad reduced in size. Now it's perfect.

Shell Valley build

We're back working on getting the doors, hood, and trunk lid to fit. We had to grind half of the inner door structure to get it to fit. Now we need to do some fiberglassing to make the door structurally sound.

Tabby the guard cat...doing what she does best !!

When she was little she slept in the roadster, 'til she clawed up the seats, then it was under the car until one day she got stuck, now she just hangs around the yard, eats the flowers, and keeps the neighbors honest...

Extractors_for_nearside_bank_Small_

Just finished welding them up. They have to be painted yet. Now the fun starts making the offside extractors as this is where the steering column is.

Now here is a "think outside the box" solution. Not mine, but I found this unique solution posted here on CC.

Notice the 5/8 hose barb on the upper right. That was being fed from surge tank. I will plug it and now go to outlet to water pump instead.

alternator fuse with power distribution

I upgraded my electrical system to handle my twin SPAL fans (18A x 2 = 36 AMPS) by installing a modern Alt fuse power box. I used 4 gauge cable from alt to fuse and fuse to battery. It now serves my twin fans and main harness from this point and will give me an underhood power point.

Weber Filters (Home Made)

Just a first try. SS mesh & Neoprene caps from McMaster Carr. Just wanted to see if it would work. Now that I know they do, I can clean them up a bit. Blurry picture is hiding the dirty engine compartment.
