Preparing aluminum oil cooler shroud
Using thin cardboard as a template for aluminum work. Will be lining the entire area with aluminum for clean looks and function.

1970? Howard 17 ft V-Drive
I think it has a HallCraft V-Drive unit if I can remember correctly. Haven't messed with it since about 1995. Maybe it'll be a winter project.
Engine is a 1962 409 Chevy, 380 HP model. 2 Blade prop.
Unlike my jet boat which kind of fish-tails its way around, this thing rides like it is on rails. Completely different feeling than the jet-boat.

I personally think it looks like a poorly done Chevy Vega especially from the rear. But, what do I know. It just sold for $2.31 million.
