C'était un Rendezvous

Absolutely compulsive - this astonishing, exhilarating and now legendary drive through a beautiful 70s Paris with its surprise ending has been enjoyed for many years as an almost Masonic secret among enthusiasts. Filmed in 1976, the revered short film by seminal French director Claude Lelouch is regarded as the ultimate in chase scenes - the connoisseurs' trump card in response to "Bullitt" or "The French Connection".

Sitting next to 7/16 ths bolt for reference. It was sheared in half. Trying to find out where it might have come from

This beast has only gone approximately 8000 miles since completion. Always stored inside. The builder/collector/owner recently passed away and this is an estate sale. It has a Nascar Can-Am chassis with power rack and pinion steering; 11-inch vented rotors with 4-piston racing calipers; 4-bar rear axle with 9-inch drop-out center section; 25 gallon race-legal fuel cell; weight 2970lbs (50/50 front/rear). Available with or without a spare fully-rebuilt 460ci engine. Located near Toronto Canada. Pre-purchase inspections and/or appraisals are welcome. Hard to find a nicer example! Cooling circuit
My own Y pipe. The top of the Y is for deaerator connection and the bottom is for water temperature sensor. I don't find yet a nice location to install the thermostat

Weber intake modification step 2
After step 1 completion, you have to find an old 351Cleveland weber manifold (from a panthera or other) and to cut the top parts

1972 Duster 340
I had just donated my beloved Duster 340 to my nephew,
he is obviously proud of his new ride (which makes it all worthwhile)
This was a true "barn find" in the mid '80s when I was in my early 20's. Unmolested hipo 340 4spd with 17k mi. Currently now has around 29k mi.
Totally stock has run a best of 14.1 and has pegged the speedo @120 and was still climbing!

My 1967 Ford Fairlane, 390 4 speed
Garage find! 49,000 miles, was parked for 32 years prior to my buying. 390 4 speed. All original interior.
