Battery Cables
Battery cables 245 amp, these thick cables will ensure the remote power supply will reach the starter with little restistance. Wired earth cable directly from battery to engine block, and then to the chassis, this will ensure best cranking with a good earth connection.

My 66 Shelby R Clone Specs.
D.S.S. Pro Bullet 306/308 Short Block Level 10 CNC
Rods: Forgings, shot-peened, Magna Fluxed, CNC Diamond resized and fitted with ARP Wave Loc rod bolts. Balanced to racing tolerances.
Crank: Production crankshaft, thermal cleaned, shot-peened, Magna Fluxed, precision ground, oil scooped and chamfered and balanced to racing tolerances.
Pistons: DSS PRO-LITE Forged 2 valve relief flat top, CNC fly-cut for most aftermarket race cams and heads. Balanced to racing tolerances.
Rings: Sealed Power/ Speed-Pro Moly rings.
Bearings: Tri-metal rod and main bearings.

Thrust Bearing Debris
Didn't install the new tranny correctly and it jammed the crankshaft into the thrust bearing. This is the result.
