WWII Vet in parade for the 66th Iwo Jima Flag Raising Anniversary
WWII Vet, Louis Brod, waiting for the parade to start in Sacaton, AZ. It was my pleasure to drive Louis on the parade route, he was thrilled.
Sacaton was the home of Ira Hayes, one of the Marines raising our flag on Mount Suribachi, 66 years ago.

WWII Vet in parade for the 66th Iwo Jima Flag Raising Anniversary, at Ira H
WWII Vet Louis Brod, waiting for start of parade. For the 88 year old veteran with a missing leg, getting in and out of the Cobra was no big deal. He said he loved every minute of the ride in the car, and told me he has never gotten so much attention in 65 years.

After the parade, some of our VFW and American Legion Members who marched, lined up for the last picture!
