1972 BOSS 351 Pantera

I installed a BOSS 351 with Webers, removed the bumpers, polished the Campy's, and added rear deck louvers to my Pantera. It was a fantastic ride.

CSX 3347 - 1975

This is a shot of CSX3347, circa 1975. The Pantera on the left is my Pantera, before I bought it. Would have liked to buy the Cobra, but it was not for sale (and I couldn't afford it, anyway). I bought the Pantera a few months later, heavily modified it (polished Campys, BOSS 351 engine, Webers, full cage, etc.), and kept it for a dozen years.

BOSS 351 with Webers in Pantera

Years before my Cobra replica became a reality, I had a genuine BOSS 351 engine (swapped out of my Dad's '71 BOSS 351 Mustang) with Webers on it in my '72 Pantera. When I sold the Pantera, I kept the BOSS engine and Webers, 'cause I knew that was what I wanted in my Cobra.
