New iStart from Apple!
I decided to go with the new iStart from Apple. It does everything an iPhone does:
1. Play your favorite Cars tune
2. Call your wife and explain why giving rides to hot girls is a community service.
It uses satellite radio amplification to give it more cold cranking amps than the Microsoft ZuneStart.

Inaugural Cruise
01-25-09 was a wonderful day 25+ miles put on her in about 2 hours giving local rides to everybody who helped along the way... Thanx for the help all of you...

Wiper Mechanism
Built a slider mechanism to convert the donor car wiper motor into a normal cobra push-pull assembly. The throw is adjustable to obtain the correct wiper angle.
I did this because:
1.Commodore replacement motor will be easyto get in future
2.Plugs easily into the harness giving full functionality
3.Cheap - came with the donor car!

disconnected Paxtons
I disconnected the Paxtons for a different flavor. Glad I did - I found a vacuum leak at one carb - never noticed it with positive pressure. Idles better, too. Now I have a track day option.
I considered giving the Paxtons a break for the Summer but she didn't run any cooler. Lesson learned.
