Firewall fabrication
Made cardboard template for the firewall, then transfered the pattern to 2.5mm steel plate.

Dashboard Aluminium
Starting to make the dash, made a cardboard template & transfered the shape to 4mm aluminium plate. With a few bends in the right places it should look great!

Preparing aluminum oil cooler shroud
Using thin cardboard as a template for aluminum work. Will be lining the entire area with aluminum for clean looks and function.

Cardboard Templates for pedal placement. With straight arms, the brake pedal is 5" from tunnel, clutch is 4" to the left of brake.

dash & templates
Dash is .055 aluminun much heavier than FFR dash,making cardboard templates for the foot box & trans tunnel.

Winter Snake
I used to use cardboard to keep oil and coolant temps up on my daily drives to work. Now use a Beaumont adjustable oil temp setup. Works great, and now a much "cleaner" appearance in the winter.
