4.6 Supercharged dash
A picture from the right side of the car showing the AC vents and controls. I know I still need to finish trim the rug.
You can also see the lights in the middle of the dash. Turn lights on top left and right, high beam in center, yellow is Alt light for a back up and the new Ford harness needs a light or resister to make the regulator work, red light for computer problem and at the bottom the green light is for the overdrive lock out.

Steering , U-joint
Flaming River Vibration Resistor U-Joint. 3/4" X 48 spline on both ends. Resistor has special Thermoplastic Rubber Core.

new Borgeson SS 3/4" round 36 splined
New Borgeson 3/4" round 36 splined shaft and u-joints. Mallory ballast resister is just in the top of picture

Balast_and_shorting_plug
Balast resister with the shorting plug bypassing the Mallory HyFire box. When bypassing ,power that went to ignition box and now gos to the coil ,has to come through the resister.

balast_with_multiple_male_blades
When bypassing the box I have to move one wire from left to the right. Left or rear is power in. forward or right is resisted power for coil and a yellow from starter solinoid for resister bypass when starting.

Fuel Filler Modified
UNLEADED FUEL ONLY label is an ADR requirement. I engraved the letters & then filled them with chemical resistant black paint.
Unleaded restrictor plate installed.

Sidepipes!
Cant mount them of course til I get the engine and headers in place, but I couldnt resist clamping one on to see what it will look like. The pipes are Shell Valley.

3rd gear G-tech data vs. changes Superformance 2040 with Roush 427R-095
The power values represented are G-tech HP. This should not be confused with any other method of testing HP. It's only a number of reference.
Just as wheel HP on a chassis dyno is lower than flywheel HP because of additional drive line loss, the G-tech HP is lower than chassis dyno due to additional resistance such as aero drag and road resistance, even amount of air in tires would have a factor. As speed increases aero drag as well as other rolling resistance increase. For example as an estimate @ 50 mph there is an equivalent of approximately -12 HP, @ 100 mph -90 HP, @ 130 mph right about -200 HP for the shape of the Cobra.

CSX2201 and later heater wire loom
The two fan speeds available in CSX2201 and later cars is achieved by using the dash switch to select between a low resistance and high resistance power path to the fan motor. Full current provides the high speed. Passing power through a specific 'resistance' wire provides the slow speed.
