Installation of hoop portion of rollbar.
In process of rollbar installation. Bar was custom bent to 60's CSX specifications by Mickmate. Once the fishmouth is welded the tail portion of bar will be added. All bolt points are to frame making it functional via 0.120" wall tubing. Almost ready for paint and grommets.

1970? Howard 17 ft V-Drive
I think it has a HallCraft V-Drive unit if I can remember correctly. Haven't messed with it since about 1995. Maybe it'll be a winter project.
Engine is a 1962 409 Chevy, 380 HP model. 2 Blade prop.
Unlike my jet boat which kind of fish-tails its way around, this thing rides like it is on rails. Completely different feeling than the jet-boat.
