Skylight and garage fan
What seemed like a great idea at the time, that didn't quite work out - a ceiling fan to circulate air, and a roof skylight to let in natural light. The fan restricted the height I could raise the lift - I eventually deleted it. The skylight (brightest rectangle to the right) attracts bugs who overheat and die, dropping onto the cars. And, even though the contractor ASSURED me, "these new skylights won't leak" - it does in a heavy rain. So for Winter storage, I have to put a plastic shower curtain over the car cover so the water dripping down will run off and not soak the car cover.

RMC Series 3
Here is another view of the SAAS racing seats which were modified at great expense by previous matured aged Cobra owner and bought cheaply by myself.
These seats were legal at the time of the build according to the previous owner which I do not doubt.
To those that Modify Mazda MX5 seats here is another option if you operate on a budget.
I tried to fit MX5 seats into the RMC and they do not fit unless you modify the floor or tracks which defeats the whole purpose when you can pay upto $600 a pair.

Original 427 needing cosmetics. Never thought they would remain this cheap come 1973!

Return Spring and mounting bracket
I thought this was rather clever of me. That bracket curves around and clears the distributor body where I drilled and tapped a 10/31 heim joint for the dual return spring to connect. There is no binding on the return spring as well.

This is a rear rectangle taillight assembly that I fabricated.
Inside the box is a metal separator to keep the bulbs from bleeding over the other. Those metal sockets were scavenged from a 70's car that had separate bulbs for brake and signal.

Mickey Thompson S/R radials 26x12
M/T S/R radials size 26x12. Tires work great are much stickier than a standard street radial IMHO.

Mickey Thompson S/R radials
M/T S/R radials size 26x12 are on the REAR only.
Like the tires a lot...much stickier than the old Dunlop G/T Qualifiers.

B8A-8100-A 1963-64 version
This is the common radiator cap for Cobras using the Ford-McCord supplied coolant expansion tank. Ford used this "part number" for various vehicles 1957 (starting with 1958 model year) through approximately 1966. That does not mean the same tools and same exact details were used all those years. Early caps included a "B8A" text on one ear of the cap.
