1965 Comet Caliente
My first car - a '65 Comet Caliente. I swapped the 289 2V for a 289 HiPo, added a Cyclone 'glass hood, Mustang disc brakes and 9" rear end. A HiPo Mustang in Mercury disguise.

Not a Cobra, but the right engine.
Front mounted V8 and weight of veichle (2150 lbs w.o. driver) makes this the same set-up as in a Cobra. And the years aren't bad either- it's a 1970 Mercury (Ford in Europe) Capri.

33' Powerplay
This was my last boat I sold to buy the Cobra. 1997 33' Powerplay (race model) 2x Mercury Racing HP500's staggered (525HP each) This beast can run 84mph and do it in 4' to 6' swells out in the ocean!!
She has (4) 55 gallon tanks and can run the fuel out in one single day!

This was my last boat I sold to buy the Cobra. 1997 33' Powerplay (race model) 2x Mercury Racing HP500's staggered (525HP each) This beast can run 84mph and do it in 4' to 6' swells out in the ocean!!
She has (4) 55 gallon tanks and can run the fuel out in one single day!
