Reworked Holley 650 DP

Holley Street Avenger 770cfm, ARP SS stud bolts, Spectre Dual feed fuel log w/pressure gauge, SS braided lines w/fuel filter, PCV and power brake booster lines and speedometer cable installed, 11/12/2004.

Firewall fabrication

All folds were made with oxy and clamped angle iron. Brake booster and clutch master fit perfectly. I will have the firewall ceramic coated the same as the exhaust, this should help keep my feet cooler in the footwell.

Booster, Master, brake lines

Booster is from a Mitsubishi Sigma, Master is from an XD Ford. The booster pushrod was lengthened 5mm to accept the XD Master cylinder

Booster Heat Shield (Side)

Thin polished stainless steel heat shield, to help reduce direct heat transfer to the brake booster. Slightly curved to add vibration stability.

The car broke down on the way to the alignment shop. Turn out the adjustment rod for the new brake booster was not fully adjusted correctly...My fault...DOH!
