Buddy Neely helping to straighten out the firewall. It looked pretty rough after the first coat of paint so we decided to do it over again.

Here's a shot of the sleeve that Buddy machined up to cover the joint between the steering column and shaft going to the rack and pinion.

We got the radiator back from the radiator shop and it went back in with no problems or leaks. This is a picture of the car after returning from a cruise/test drive around Buddy's yard and leaving 2 long black streaks down his driveway.

We used Buddy's metal brake and a chunk of aluminum plate that he had laying around to fab up a front license plate holder.
