I just walked up to say hello. CS looked at me standing there empty handed and said "What did you want me to sign?" So I took off my hat and handed it to him. I now have a Shelby Panama.

Rear suspension completed
Here it is standing on its own with working rear suspension, I have also fitted the B&M shifter into the modified gearbox position (thanks Mike)

G-tech speed graph comparison.
All cars tested by Greg Schroeder in same location, same G-tech Competition meter, correct calibration with 12 inch rollout standing start stage. Representation has a slight variant of exact comparison due to different days of testing. My_Cobra_in_its_new_build_home_at_Heathcote_Small_
My Cobra was moved from Neil Streeting's factory at South Hurstville on 23rd August, 2008 to his new factory in Burns Road, Heathcote. My car is parked alongside a R.C.R. Superlite Roadster which Neil is building as a display vehicle for he is now the NSW rep., for R.C.R. vehicles in NSW. My two grand children, Alex and Olivia are standing at the front of my ca, while my son Martin speaks to Neil behind the chassis of the R.C.R.

Half shaft Superformance broken
This Superformance half shaft from Ford 8.8 rear end car 2040 was broken from standing start on drag radials. The rear end was replaced with Detroit Tru-trac and the half shafts were replaced with stronger from The Driveshaft shop.

CSX 3012 in the Paddock
CSX 3012 in the paddock at the Santa Barbara airport course, May 29, 1965. The younger gentleman standing next to the car is believed to be (but not positively identified as) Lother Motschenbacher, owner and driver of the car in the 1965 season. The Clarence Dixon Cheetah #33 appears in the background.
