Painted the flex plate
Zinc
chromate rattle can to use up. I think it will clash with the purple converter though. May not even bolt up, ewwww!

RIVET NUT- Flanged and Knurled
If you need to use a rivet nut in steel, here is a
zinc
plated flanged type with knurled body for real strength. My source was Graingers.
