Oil Pan modified
Pan had a big hump in the bottom plus the oil drain plug. I had the hump removed, repositioned the drain plug and put a 3/16 thick skid plate on the bottom. I try not to but sometimes the engine "kisses" the high spots in the roads in Oklahoma

oil temp sensor installed @ drain plug
Ford 460 crate engine with a modified drain plug with a 17mm hex head to accept a 1/8 NPT-27 threaded oil temp sensor.

VDO oil temp sender for oil pan drian plug- 14mm x 1.5
This oil temp sensor threads into 460 crate engine oil pan in place of the standard drain plug.

Logo in position, just need to remove tape and fix from the underside (which means taking out radiator, draining down etc)
