Logic isn't needed. Economic realities. It ain't selling at $56,000, I've seen it for sale a while here in the SF Bay Area. But only a serious buyer can make a deal happen in the mid-$40's. Is it not within the realm of reality that getting that $56K SPF for less than $50K? We have given you plenty of comparables from eBay, CC and Cobra Country. |
