$94kUS and you're trying to put it to bed for another $72kUS. Let's say for easy math you stumble on a suitable and complete engine for $22kUS (which you won't, unless you buy it hot). Then you only have $50kUS for everything else even if you do every lick of the work yourself (and bill it to somebody else). And remember you want high end period correct parts inside and out. Save yourself the trouble, you can't do it... unless you have your own restoration shop and period correct parts flow through you and stick to your fingers from time to time... like, every other week.  |
