I've looked all over for this thread- with the sporadic server issues, I had to 'dig deep' to find it. I thought I had posted a picture on it, but will go find another picture! I think this is a really neat thread.
Kristen (mostly just bringing it ttt)
in the Texas bluebonnets

another one...with a Mustang P-51 at the Addison Airport (painted in Don Blakeslee's colors)

patriotic '65's...

just had Pepe for two days... off to Woodrow Wilson HS, to meet Carroll Shelby. He signed the yellow ball cap, and I waited a good while before I could get a pic of the car right in front of the school. He graduated from Woodrow, and so did I!!! He was already in the 'Hall of Fame', but came back to celebrate the big 75th reunion of the school. First graduating class was 1929. I'll have to find my program brochure to see what year he graduated in. I don't remember.

such a thrill- everytime I go to Texas Motor Speedway. I LOVE IT!!!!
pic of ERA 291, taken by James Baldwin, when Gary still owned it. (Before he had the pipes ceramic coated in white)
- this is for ERA626 (Mike) who said he really likes pics by James. He does take terrific pictures. Afraid I can't say the car looks quite that perfect, right now.... I've done a lot of track time with it.

My new toy, for the days when it rains or is very hot. It has A/C, you know and roll up windows.

Ready your vintage-incorrect sensitive glasses.
How about a blown, injected, big block bus motor on roids?
Sals truck could still beat it though prolly. LOL.
