John,
Too bad.... I can't make it. Was there in May for the COCOA event and left with a 3" hole in #2 cylinder. Building a new FE and won't have it installed for another three weeks. Hope you can plan another track day there in two or three months!!! I think WS is the best!

Hi Scott,
Love your attitude and hope you get your new motor in soon. Our little Cobra Roundup is just getting off the ground and will try to grab little track days, like this one, whenever possible. NASA cancelled their weekend so this opportunity just popped up. We are working on next year's big 2-day event in May '09 at Reno Fernley and I'll be posting progress reports as things come together. I hope you can make it. Should have track & dates confirmed by end of September.

I have been dying to finally get my Mustang track car out for the first time but have a commitment to go with my family and two others to Lake Mojave that weekend. I think someone is having a track day in Oct. which I hope I can make and the weather will be friendlier in the desert then too. Anyone know any details about that event?

I will have the coupe in "lock down" that weekend to clean it up for Monterey. Won't have time between then and Wed. to clean it up again for the trip and don't want to risk breaking anything... Will definitely be there in Oct. for the COCOA event (plus it will be cooler! ). Say hi to everyone for me!
