Well Karlos, I will leave it to the popular vote Monday morning. I like the airport and the Early bird, but then that's just me.

The only thing I like better about Strawberry/Pine, of Clints Well, is the additional miles of driving in beautiful scenery. Darn hard to beat the breakfast at the Patron Airport.

I have other commitments Monday a.m. so can't get up to Payson but I going to drive out to the Shell station a bit before 0800 Monday w/the car so I can see you guys off and see your cars. At least I can get some seat time and meet some of the club members.

I think I will join the motley crew. Sounds like a great day for a drive, as long as we aren't out long enough to get stuck in the folks driving home from a weekend out camping.

I'm with Gary- 2 votes for Payson Airport...
We can always jump back in the cars and cruise up to Strawberry-Pine, and beyond, after breakfast...
I'm planning to drive however far we can get up the rim, until about 11:30-noonish, and then I'm turning-tail and heading home (for the exact reason Bruce mentioned above - staying ahead of the weekend toy-hauler crowd)

Finally got my wheels and tires on but unfortunately I start my new shift on Monday and cannot make the run. Bittersweet because I'm so glad to be getting off graves. 12 years of being a vampire was long enough. Made a run to Rock Springs Cafe for breakfast this morning and car drives so nice now. So smooth. Also found out I'm only getting about 10 mpg!! Ugh.
Have fun and drive safe. Was really wanting to see PHX Mike's shiny new girl.

10 mpg...lucky you.. I bet you'll get 15 or 16mpg at 85 to 95 mph.

Good. At least we know who the boss is. Why did she tell you to go?

The stripes on AZ Cobra Mike's car reminds me of the "Copper Queen". Also, is it me or are there a lot of "Mikes" around here now?
