I was shopping at a mall recently. When I went back to my car (my daily driver) I noticed that someone had scuffed my rear bumper backing in/out of the space next to me. Hit and run basically. My policy is with Allstate. I got a quote to repair it for $850. My deductible is $500. Obviously they will only cover $350 of it. Based on previous comments here, maybe I shouldn't claim it if it will affect my Cobra insurance rate through Midwest/American Modern?
