WAY TO GO, BRENT !!!! All of this has taken one heck of a lot of time and effort, to say nothing of the expense! I most respectfully admire your tenacity! Job well done! How nice of Joan to have supported you through all of this. I do, however, pick up that she is enjoying the "trip" also. I can't wait to see it for real!!! So so proud of you!
