I purchased the 1990 CR kit about 70%complete. Looking at what I can upgrade. I came across some Mustang II aftermarket suspension parts. There are a pair of tubular uppers with coil over springs and perches.
With you being the guru of the CRs, wondering if I should look at acquiring and upgrading to the tubular uppers with the coilovers? Your thoughts?

Hi, I just joined after years of looking at the site. Thought I could finally belong since I just purchased a Cobra kit! Just purchased a CR 427 after the 2nd "I give up"!
Now my 1st question of the group. Would rather get the experience rather then re-invent the wheel. Plus I have a Kenne Bell 1.2 supercharger that I am looking to add.
Has anyone modified the motor mounts and/or the hood to clear the motor with EFI?
2nd question, I have a PS system that I can add- is it needed for this combo?
3rd question, What is the largest wheels that someone has put on w/o modifying the fenders. It has the Blk steel wheels that Gary Rutherford put on them in the early 90's. Was looking at the 7.5 & 9.5 X 15 halibrand knockoffs
