Leaf spring cars original with alternators had a plug-in wire harness. Pulley was a large diameter press-on type. I dont know if those carried over to the early coil spring cars or not.
BTW, I have the last DST press-on pulley. Still in the box, never installed. Purchased it from Tim Mason from old stock.😀
