Everrett Morrison in Flood Zone

I've been communicating with Tom recently (days before Henry) and placed an order for a builder's manual and a replacement speedometer cable. They are located 39 miles due east of Houston in Baytown, TX. I fear the plant is flooded and has suffered damages, anyone with anything on their status please advise. Tom said they have a number of cars under construction.
