DV,
As I was reading all the threads I think you mentioned plans for a body stand. Is this so or did I just have my beer goggles on? About to take the body off of whats left of the wood stand. Thanks for all the help.

It looks like there is a bushing between the rack and cross member in one of the pictures of Capt Eddies build. In another picture it appears that a bracket is welded in. Can you help me with this? I too am new to this and use your posts to keep me going down the straight and narrow. Thanks in advance.

I was told by Capteddie on this site that you have a paint layout for the stripes and pinstripes on a CR Cobra. I would really appreciate your opinion, advice, and layout measurements for this job. Thank you very much!!!!

Aloha Ed,
I had an incident last weekend with my CR Cobra and would appreciate some "where to
find parts" information. I need the bumpers, rear lights (amber & red) and front amber
lights. I got on some real slippery fresh rain H-3 highway and had an encounter of the
worst kind with the concrete guardrail - front and left rear. Car runs fine but I have a
lot of glass work and thought I should start trying to locate the hard to find? stuff now.
Thanks for your help. Flip
Found the bumpers - still looking for the lights.

Hey Ed,
I searched the forums, but could not locate a reference for a source for the trunk lid weatherstrip. The one with the aluminum clips imbedded within the rubber to grip the flange of the trunk. I need one with a larger "bulb" to provide a seal. I don't think I want to adjust the trunk latch, since the deck matches nicely with the body. But, I have a slight gap nearly all the way around the perimeter. What I received from Don Scott had no markings. Did not locate anything in McMaster-Carr, Steele rubber products, or SoffSeal. Any thoughts would, as always, be appreciated. Tom Wood
ps. 1600 miles on the car last fall plus another 900 on it, so far, this season. Woo Hoo!
