Hi Paul,
The aircon is now in the car and everything back together, just have to pipe the aircon up under the bonnet. The car tend to gather a lot of dust(and spider s**t ) in the shed while under consrtuction. The use of the rear door handle is good idea, but I will take credit for telling Peter to use them. You will find the measurements to cut the hole in the doors also were the one's I sent Peter. When you bond the backing plates on the inside of the door make sure the lever for the door latch clears it. The drivers side is more of an issue than the passenger side.
The car was registered on Monday and it rained from the time I left home till I got home 7hrs later.
I am now just fine tuning the ride height to get the car level. This is a long job as I am finding it takes at least 100ks for the springs to settle. I am now and chasing only 5 - 10mm.
The exhaust also requires a bit of quieting down once I replaced the restrictive gaskets the exhaust shop used.
