hello jim, i live in nj and have had my superformance cobra registered as a collector vehicle since may 2007. i have not had a problem getting a voucher until now. the qualifications changed in september 2007 and kit cars replicas and reconstructs don't qualify.on the dmv web site any vehicle that had collector vehicle ststus prior to september 2007 qualify as long as it had not changed owners. only chance i have is to prove that replicas were allowed prior to rule change. any suggestion? do you now of forms with prior qualification to show proof?any help i would appreciate the collector vehicle says my car was done in error and i should not have ever qualify
